An impromptu accordion performance by our new friend Albert Behar

We get a wide range of people visiting our store daily, and it always amazes me
how interesting and unique they are.  Today, we met two young music students
who walked into our store carrying an accordion and a guitar.
Albert Behar, an 18-year old composer and sound artist, gave us
an amazing performance on the spot!

Good news is that Albert will be coming back to Loopy Mango for our
special event in October.  Hope you can join us for this exciting event!
Please stay tuned for more information.

Alexander Wang's new store coming to Grand St.!

So we've all been wondering who is going to take over the old Yohji Yamamoto store on Grand St. (only one block East of Loopy Mango).  And gues who???  Alexander Wang of course!  Can't wait!  We have always been great fans of his work and were one of the first stores to carry his line back in the old Brooklyn days.

Hannoh and Meg Ryan

Hannoh fall collection finally arrived!  And guess who fell absolutely in love with it?  Well, Meg Ryan of course!  She dropped by on Friday evening and particularly loved his jackets and coats.  But of course, they are totally her style.

Some snap shots of the store

I just took some random snap shots around the store today.  Waejong did such a beautiful job with display the other day that I had to take pictures before she changes it around again!
